Lucy Kuelper is our Miss Illinois’ Teen 2024! Lucy was crowned Miss Capital City’s Teen back in October. Lucy is from Rio. Her Community Service Initiative is “The Move Over Project”. Lucy attends Rowva High School. Her talent is a vocal performance. 

 

At Miss Illinois’ Teen 2024 not only did Lucy become Miss Illinois’ Teen, she also won the Elizabeth Weidner Teen in Action award and Top Score Interview.
