Our Little Miss Capital City Cuties Mentoring Program is for girls ages 5-13.
 We have so much fun!! 

To participate, we will need a photo of your princess, she will need a party dress, and dress shoes. We proud of our little cuties natural beauty. The only makeup permitted for them is a natural lip gloss. 



There is an entry fee of $100  the deadline October 5th for headshots to be included in the program.
